Well, this was supposed to be a low carb day and we were doing really well until we got an invitation to a chocolate high tea.
The warm scones with double cream and strawberry jam were definitely the stars but there were also small sandwiches and all manner of chocolate confections.
There is musical performance of opera and other arias before dinner so I'm off to wash my hair and get glamorous.
